1.2 Your home address can be anywhere in the world except the boat or a P.O. box. Your home address is where all account details will be sent UNLESS you specify your correspondence address is different.

2.1 Apply for all three accounts (However only apply for a £Sterling debit card, if you are paid in Sterling or spend time in the UK.) You only need to use one account at any time, the others can remain dormant. If you move to another boat that pays you in a different currency you have an account ready to go.

2.2 Fill in your mother's maiden name.

2.3 Complete the password section (use the same password for phone banking if possible)

2.4 Fill in if you want your debit cards and pin numbers to go to an address other than your home/correspondence address.

3.1 Reason for requiring account: “I need an account with International access”

3.2 Source of funds: Tick Salary/bonus

5 You do not need to include an initial deposit as long as you will be depositing funds in the account within three months of opening.

6 Don't forget to sign both section 6 and section 7 (IMPORTANT: Make sure that your signature is the same as on your passport copy)

8 Complete Phonebank section
